It was a such pleasant experience! Staff was great and super friendly Easy parking Amenities were perfect

The carpets were worn and visibly dirty in the lobby, hallways and elevator. The shower had dark moldy spots in the caulking. The air conditioner was loud and made an odd knocking noise when coming on. The staff were friendly. The location was very convenient for attending Indy Car races. It just needs some repairs and deep cleaning.

The website states there is an airport shuttle. After arriving at the airport, we called the lobby for pick-up and were told that was not actually true. When we finally got to the airport late at night, we were given keys to an occupied room TWICE. Finally got into a room although not the type or size of room I had reserved. The breakfast was good.

Nice staff and clean !. Its just no waffle and no microwave for oatmeal, maybe the coffee needs to be stronger a little bit.

The bedroom was adequate in size and the ac worked well, We asked for a daily room service. Day 1 No room service. Assured that they will come soon. Day 2 No room service. Assured that they will definitely come to clean. Day 3 No room service, no towels, no toilet paper, all garbage cans are full to the brim. Day 4 Finally room service. Day 5 Room service. Day 6 No room service. I have I have 94 more weeks to travel the USA. Not sure if I should rent at a Marriott Hotel again.

First of all, when I searched properties, I filtered for Breakfast and Parking. I decided upon Fairfield Inn because it was economical and included both of my filters, and I put the booking on my Visa. I got to Fairfield and (1) they advised me that there was an additional $5.60 (or $5.90?) in taxes that they collected on the part of the hotel. I argued that I've paid all taxes but the check-in clerk said it was their policy. She added they also charge $20 for incidentals, such as damage to the room, but it is refunded in about 2 (5?) days. I requested a receipt and was told I could not be issued one except at check out. (2) We got to the room to find out their were no bath towels. The desk apologized and said they'd try to deliver them, but we could pick them up at the desk if they were not able. Ultimately, that's what we needed to do. (3) The windows had only a sheer drape for window coverage. The opaque ones were only on the sides of the window and did not draw. We saw no other drapes so were open viewing to the road and highway. (4) The noise from the active roadway and highway and its exit ramp were very audible. Possibly part of that was because of lack of drapery. (5) At checkout, we were presented with an invoice for $10 for parking and told it was part of the $20 charged at check-in. They said they had no record of the $5-plus charged for taxes nor was that a policy. The hotel manager was very apologetic, said she'd check on the drapes.

Very small pool, breakfast was undercooked, staff super nice. Really noisy as it’s by the airport and the freeway

This place was absolutely discussing. Very dirty, very worn down. I think people live at the hotel as there residents. The bed was very warm down and made lots of noise. This place definitely needs a revamp ASAP!
